Ordering & payment
How an order works, from request to payment.
Add what you want to your bag and tap Request order. That sends us your request — you are not charged. We check the items are in stock and confirm. Once confirmed, a Pay now button appears in Account → Orders and you pay with M-Pesa.
So you never pay for something we can't supply. We confirm availability first, which means every payment is for items that are reserved for you.
We reply as quickly as we can. You'll see a notification under the bell icon in the top bar (and we may email you). If it's urgent, message us on WhatsApp.
With M-Pesa. Open your confirmed order in Account → Orders, enter your M-Pesa number and tap Pay now. A prompt appears on your phone — enter your M-Pesa PIN to finish.
24 hours. Your items are reserved for you during that time. After that the order closes and the items are released — you're welcome to request them again.
If the prompt was cancelled or timed out, no money is taken and your order stays confirmed, so you can tap Pay now again within your 24 hours. If money left your M-Pesa but the order still shows unpaid, message us with your M-Pesa receipt and we'll sort it out.
We confirm what we have. The order is re-priced for those items only — including delivery and any discount — and you can pay for it. Items we couldn't supply show a bell so you can ask to be told when they're back.
You are not charged. Tap “Notify me when available” on the item (in your order or on its product page) and we'll alert you when it's back in stock.
Yes — enter it in your bag before you request your order. We check it again when we confirm.
On the sign-in page tap “Forgot password?”, enter your email and we'll send you a link to choose a new one. The link works once and lasts 1 hour. If you signed up with Google, you can keep using “Continue with Google”.
Yes. It lets us contact you, keeps your orders and delivery addresses in one place, and lets us notify you when something is confirmed or back in stock.
Delivery
Fees, addresses and where we deliver.
Free delivery within Nairobi on orders over Ksh 100,000. Delivery across Kenya from Ksh 200. The exact fee for your address is shown in your bag before you send your request.
Add an address under Account → Addresses, then pick it in your bag. You can save more than one (home, office…).
Your order status updates in Account → Orders as we pack and dispatch it. If you'd like an update sooner, message us.
Notifications & alerts
The bell, and how to be told when something is back.
It shows updates about your orders (confirmed, not available) and about items you asked us to watch. A red number means you have unread updates.
Open the product (or the order it was in) and tap “Notify me when available”. Tap it again to turn the alert off.
Repairs
Fixing what's broken, from small faults to big ones.
Screens, keyboards, batteries, hinges, casings, motherboards, and charging / power faults. You can see each one in the Repairs section on the home page.
For most popular models, yes. Contact us with your laptop's make and model and we'll tell you.
Not necessarily. We diagnose first — many no-power faults can be fixed at component level, so it's worth having it checked before giving up on it.

Products & warranty
What you're buying, and how to compare it.
Yes. We sell genuine laptops, desktops, gaming PCs, servers, storage and accessories from brands like HP, Dell and Lenovo — tested, with a warranty, and backed by our own technicians.
Every unit comes with a warranty and support from our technicians. The exact terms depend on the item, so ask us before you order, and see our Terms & Conditions.
The processor is the chip that does the thinking — a faster one runs demanding programs more smoothly. RAM is short-term memory: more RAM lets you keep more things open at once. Storage is where your files and programs live; an SSD is much faster than an old hard drive.
